Ha yes had a few phone calls from people like this in the past. Fun to play along for a bit and even pre-empt them by asking if you can give them some credit card details to remote on and fix it for you straight away. Then tell them what a horrible nasty piece of scamming cr*p they are and finish with karma will reward their evil ways.
