I've already opened a thread in other "Buy - PC" section but probably here is the right place to ask.
I've bought the mainboard as per title, and there's no POST or any output on screen. I've tested the mainboard with an ISA/PCI diagnostic card and the failure F-0 should match with an issue with amibios initialization (probably the previous owner tried to upgrade the firmware but It fails). For this reason i would try to find same BIOS IC or somebody who has an EEPROM programmer to flash a new IC (or I can ship the original one if re-usable). Would be great if service can be done in Italy and need to know how much could costs.
