So just got time to take photos. It's in great condition, better than I remembered! Pictures in artificial light do no justice. Has little yellowing and very few marks or signs of moderate use.
HD seem healthy too and boots fairly quickly. Comes loaded with all kinds of softwares and goodies.
Complete with the Apple ADB Keyboard II and Apple Desktop Bus Mouse (the square one), along with the ADB cable itself.

CPU: Motorola 68030LC16 CPU (factory clocked at 25MHz) with optional FPU*
RAM: 12MB (4MB on board + 8MB SIMM)
VRAM: On-Board + 256K SIMM (4096 colours on screen).
HD: IBM 80MB SCSI drive (original, not very loud).
FDD: Standard Sony 1.44MB electric eject drive.
I/O: DB-15 RGB video, ADB port, 2x Serial Printer/Modem din port, Stereo output and Mic input jacks.
LC PDS slot: Farallon 10Base2 ethernet card fitted.
* an FPU can be fitted to either on the main board or the ethernet card.
Note that there is no battery fitted so some control panel changes may not be saved until one is fitted.
