Village Tronic Ariadne II V2.1.1 ethernet card for OS2.1 - OS4.1 Classic.
For Amigas with Zorro slots, meaning A2000, A3000(T), A4000(T) and A1200T with Zorro busboard.
This is the later PCB revision with some fixes. The differences to the first revision are not detailed here, but see the link for details anyway. I assume the later version is better:

With this card you can connect your Amiga to any ordinary network using the RJ45 connector on the card. The SANA2 driver can be used with Miami, Miami Deluxe as well as Genesis/AmiTCP.
Comes with no accessories. Some drivers are available at above link. There For OS4.1 Classic drivers go here:

The details say Driver support for Linux, NetBSD and OpenBSD is also available, but I have no idea how.
Price is 150 euros. Shipping is not included.
If interested, declare interest in this thread and write me a PM. Payment is to be made through IBAN bank transfer if you are in EU or with PayPal as a gift payment.
Card is clean and good looking. I have removed it from my A4000 quite long time ago already since I use Mediator with PCI ethernet card also working in OS4.1 Classic.
High resolution versions of these pictures here.
