I received this ART EPP-1 EEPROM Programmer in a large lot of vintage parts last year and have not tested or found a use for it yet so I decided to move it on to someone who could.
If someone has interest in this programmer and could explain an easy way to test it without actually having to learn how to program an EPROM, I could attempt it, but I have no experience with this kind of thing. I may have some compatible EPROMs that could be read but I don't know if any are blank.

The manual says:

The ART "EPP-1" EPROM programmer programs all current EPROMs in the 2716-27513 range, numerous 25XX EPROMs and the X2864 EEPROM. (The 27513 must be programmed "page by page".) Either "Intel" or "FPC" HEX files may be up- or downloaded.

RS232 interface
It is untested but in good physical condition
Includes manual and software on 3 1/2" and 5 1/4" floppies
Should work with any standard PC power cord.
"Made in Holland"
Not really sure what it's worth, so I'm asking $50 + Shipping
