Microsoft Windows Vista sticker with serial number
Installed Microsoft Windows Vista (clean install, only drivers installed).
Tested, functional, the laptop boots normally into both BIOS and Windows.
The battery is out of capacity, it does not work, the laptop must be on the power adapter.
The laptop has a defect, when it is turned on, after about three minutes in Windows, small artifacts start appearing on the display. Most likely the memory on the graphics card, which is in the MXM slot on the motherboard, is bad, so it is possible to replace it.
The laptop comes with many spare parts (this is the second ASUS M50Vs that I bought in case a spare part is needed.
These are spare parts: display, bottom cover, area around the keyboard including touchpad, wifi card, graphics card, display hinge covers, SD card cover, motherboard.
I have never tried these spare parts so I don't know if they work or not.
