Request ASUS P3B-F Rev. 1.04 for repair

The board boots and works fine, but has a few issues:

• When shutting down, the system restarts instead of powering off.
• Occasionally, CPU settings in BIOS get reset.

Looking for someone to diagnose and fix it.
