lovely condition Atari 2600 woody. if you've read the 'chasing the beam' book you'll why the 2600 is such a surprising machine. Anyway its lovely but needs must and its for sale £100 pp gift plus £9 UK shipping signed for only (outside UK is possible as long as signed-for service is used) - sale includes the following

composite modded with one of theCorfiot's spectacular composite out boards. Tiny av lead mod to rear as not to spoil lines.

Harmony cart, I understand these are increasingly hard to get. SD card version, set up for PAL 50.

Just load your game bin files on it and run.

pic shown are of actual machine and games running on it - bit for rules no card /games are included. Lots pics as I cant beleive im being so dumb to sell it on..



theres now TONS of homebrew for 2600, a really nice new pacman, decathlon games, mario bros, jetpac, classics such as H.E.R.O., space invaders missile command asteroids etc.

Still being manufactured and sold, bought one for a friend a week ago.
There's also an improved version (called "Harmony Encore") which supports games up to 512KB size.
Its a great cartridge!

system arrived today.

what a beauty, absolutely spotless, looks new and all the switches slide effortlessly, had a quick test today works great, nice seeing my 6 yr old playing river raid

ET might not be the worst game (at least ET feels like it has more depth to it) , pacman and donkey kong, OMG i didn't know how bad they are on the 2600, ill have to dig out the homebrew versions which i believe are far superior.
