Selling a quite rare Athlon TB (Corrected to Pluto/Orion, CPU has 512KB L2 not on-die 256)
900 Slot A together with MSI-6195 K7 PRO Motherboard.

Its been so long so i dont know what happened to the cooler, for testing i used a massive mining heatsink from my RTX 3090 backplate.

Testing done:

Post - OK
AGP - OK - Matrox card tested
Diagnostic LEDs - OK - all green when it was loading windows.
Floppy controller - OK
IDE controller - OK
Bootable - OK; Windows 98 SE loaded via IDE harddrive.

Even though it works i am selling it As-is without warranty.

170 Euro + shipping. (For both the CPU and Motherboard)
Edit: Price reduced to 150 Euro in fairness of 2 slight bulging caps by the ATX power connector.

Payable by Paypal FnF.

Located in Bergen Norway. I will pack it carefully and ship worldwide.

I work as a Warehouse Manager in the Bilxtra chain of auto stores so access to sturdy boxes and packing materials is no problem.

Sorry, hit that button by mistake, i wanted to answer to Watson

Declaring interest.

Can you please tell me the production code of the Southbridge (see picture)?
Has it been produced after 0024, i.e. year 2000 week 24?

Ok Oberon, will take a closeup when i get home. :) From my uncompressed Iphone pictures it looks to be 0019 but i will make sure and post it here for you.

That's right between good and bad.

I am looking for a MS-6195 K7 Pro with a northbridge in revision C6. This information is written on the northbridge under the cooler, which is not easy to remove. So I am trying to estimate it based on the production date of the southbridge.
The newest board I know with northbridge revision C5 has a southbridge with production date 0016.
The oldest board with NB revision C6 has a southbridge from 0024.

You don't happen to know the revision of the northbridge of your board?
This can be read out with WCPUid 3.3 + possibly Super Bypass Plugin.

I'm not sure how exactly this works. I know it shows C5. Since I never had a C6 board I can't say if it displays it correctly or not.

Maybe it also works with CPU-Z Vintage Edition but I've never tried this.

Northbridge: C5 Southbridge 0015.

Ohhh, you removed the cooler o_O
Thanks for this. I have never dared to do this.
Was this the first time you removed this cooler or did you replace the thermal paste before?

I added your board's spec to my list, but I have to withdraw my interest. Sorry about that.
