Filled Bad RAM on 48k Spectrum

My beloved 48k Speccy has bad RAM! I first noticed it when I had my ZXC4 cart plugged in and the text was all garbled (See 2nd image below). I then managed to run a test cart and did a RAM test (see 1st image below). The Location address changes each time I run the test. Also most Times I start directly into the Speccy I get a black screen.

I know that it's the Speccy as I don't get the same issues when using my Spectrum+

Would anyone be able to help/fix?

right i need to update this thread

i changed out the lower ram at ic 7 and 8,and unfortunatly it turned out the ula was bad as well,so i changed that
also fitted a modern regulator,Traco Power TSRN 1-2450

here are some pictures for transparency,yes i realise i dont normally offer to fix computers blah blah,but there it is,now you know haha
