I've just upgraded my wireless network from 802.11b to 802.11g, and my previous Wi-Fi card has been made redundant as a result.

It's a Belkin F5D6001uk version 3 802.11b PCI card. It supports Win98SE/2000/Me/XP out of the box (only used with XP). It can also be used under Linux with ndiswrapper (confirmed with Ubuntu and SUSE).
Don't know if it can be made to work under any other OS, might be worth a Google if this is your intent.

It comes complete in the original box with the quick setup manual, driver CD, product catalogue sheet and original SMA antenna.

Supports 802.11b networks in infrastructure and ad-hoc modes. Also supports WEP encryption. It DOES NOT support WPA.

Has been in continuous use up until today and there are no issues. Please note it must be seated exactly right in the PCI slot or it will refuse to work.

Price is £2.50 including UK postage.
There will be an additional shipping charge outside of the UK.
