Hello all

Bought an Dell XPS 730X complete many years ago from The USA.

This Bigfoot NIC came with it, it has been sitting around for years untill now.
Recently bought 2x A1200's. One Elmax tower and one A1200 complete with the "right" keyboard that you can get black keys for.

I imagine that the difference for the card in supporting network traffic to actual PPC 100% Core usage is big.

Has anyone found a cooler that fits the 4 holes on the PCB while still covering the core ? (its slightly offset from the 4 holes)

I measure exactly 70mm across

Pictured is an Ageia Physx card with a sunon fan heatsink, the spacing here is 80mm but there are marks in the cast for 70mm aswell (if you drill it out)

I take it you want to use this card has a PPCPCI card with one of your Amiga 1200? Just so you know the 1200 is not supported for this and compatibility with PPC software on the A1200 is not good, you really need an A3000/4000 for good compatibility with PPCPCI cards

If you have a scan through EAB's Sonnet programming you will see all the information about it there not gonna lie it's a big thread 😅
You will see where me and @fitzsteve have tested a 1200 build but we get lots of crashing at most we can get quake to run and the creator of the PPCPCI driver states his driver does not support the A1200 and he is not looking to support it either sadly

@Aleks.J the k1 doesn’t normally ship with a cooler, it doesn’t require one. The higher clocked m1 does have a cooler, stylised like a large K in the shape of the killer symbol

I was looking to do this with my Mediator TX in my A1200. I believe it’s down to the Zorro 2 standards and only 8MB access. With the A3K and A4K you have Zorro 3 and up to 512MB Access. I sold my K1 in the end and stuck to the Blizzard 603 060/BPPC cards.
