Have you installed the scsi device and the CD0: device for the CD-rom drive, and edited the tooltype for it to point to the scsi device driver for the blizzard scsi?

Might seem like stating the obvious but have you changed the tooltype in the HD software you are using to point at blizzard1230.device or whatever it is called?

If its to do with a CDRom drive perhaps you have to mount it or run some preference software etc...

and if all else fails, locate a pdf of the manual

Sorry for not being specific just being general

@rs2klee

lets check the simple first.

edit the icon information of "hdtoolsbox" found in "tools" from "scsi.device" to "1230scsi.device" and then save and exit.

(normally I copy the icon and then rename it for the device I will be using, i.e GVP_HDtoolsBox, IDE_HDToolsBox etc etc.)

Now assuming that you have correctly terminated the SCSI chain (this can be done via the last device in the chain to have TERM ON or an actual SCSI terminator

hope that helps

hell this should be a piece of cake =D

okay... download amicdfs240 from aminet.

Code:
1. Copy AmiCDFS:L/amicdfs.030 or amicdfs.060 (pending your cpu) to HD0:L/
[B]rename this file as amicdfs[/B]

2. Copy AmiCDFS:C/SetCDFS to HD0:C/

3. Copy AmiCDFS:CD0 to Devs:DosHandlers/

4. Edit Devs:DosHandlers/CD0

5. Change "device = scsi.device" to "device name = 1230scsi.device"
6. Change "unit = 1" to "unit = (insert SCSI Unit ID)"
7. Change "BufMemType = 1" to "BufMemType = 5"

8. Save Changes and exit.
9. reboot amiga

10 put a disk in the drive and give it a moment =)
