Black Amiga 500 project!

If you read carefully you'll notice he didn't do the keys - he merely swapped them from a CDTV keyboard - part of the reason the latter are so much sought after.

Another solution I've read about in the past is to paint the keys too and then buy special stickers in white. Probably higher risk / more demanding in skill though.

Well I could paint it white,the same white as a 1200..??
 
Nope, for that effect you must paint the keys in black and use black stickers with white lettering.

After that, a gloss lacquer to even the surface where the sticker ends, then finally a matte lacquer/varnish to do the final effect.
 
Looks good. I tried paint a Commodre 64 for about 15 years ago. The paint didn't hold for so long.
What did you use, it's looking very professional?
 
Krylon Fusion black spray paint. It's held up pretty well but then again I don't use it all that much.
