Re: Bring me your unwanted Acorn (RiscOS) hardware!

My subtle attempts @ persuading you to keep it didn't work so well then..?

Now the A5000 is a fine machine if you're into 'classic' Acorn stuff & I'm very tempted...
...but sadly I think one more computer & her-indoors will make life tough in that uniquely feminine way - upset silence followed by much shopping so when I say 'how many shoes?' she can say 'what about that room full of old rubbish?'.

I guess I'd better pass, but my thanks indeed for the kind offer.
Sorry for the slow reply.

I am still very much open to the kind of upgradey type stuff listed above:
If its inside an existing computer its not actually on display...
...if you see what I mean.

Sneaky? Nooo...

I have an A3000 if you are interested but would need to go into the loft if you want specifics. I also have the monitor for it. Let me know if you are interested and I can get it from the loft and take some photo's.

Cheers

Apologies for the amazingly slow reply chaps:

I have to admit I've got plenty of full machines ATM but...

...I'm still most interested in 32bit upgrades / cards / expansions.

...Don't bin your old machines just yet! I'm hoping to get myself in gear to make more classic upgrade / hack boards - The 'plan' is to eventually help others upgrade their own systems or buy up computers for upgrading to sell on later. A 'hobby thing'.
