My brother is sending me his spare PC to sell next week... It's not available just yet but i'm listing it now to gauge interest if that's allowed? :unsure:

Anyway these are the specs:

* 3.3GHz AMD Athlon II X3 455 CPU (a triple core CPU that can be unlocked to a quad core Phenom II X4 B55 with the included motherboard).
* 8GB Corsair DDR3 1333 RAM (2x4GB dual channel).
* 1GB XFX Radeon 6770 GPU.
* Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2P (rev 3.0) Micro ATX motherboard (socket AM3 and supports 125W processors up to the Phenom II X6 1100T).
* 250GB SATA HDD (i think it's a Seagate, can't quite remember).
* Fractal Core 1000 Micro ATX mini tower case.
* Hiper Type-M PSU (one of their good ones, but i can't remember if it's 530W or 580W).
* Black CDRW/DVDRW combo drive (can't remember the brand).

Not sure if it's coming with an operating system yet (it currently has Windows 7 64-bit installed, but he can't find the discs at the moment :roll:).

Selling for £230 (includes UK postage)... I may split the parts if no interest is shown by the time it arrives.

Just to let members know, that unless individual prices are lists you should not express an interest in an item or items as this is considered vulturing which is a denial of fair play for fellow members.

If you are interesting in a item or component from a job lot you must be patience and wait for the seller to split his or her lot. You should not PM them nor should you declare an interest in the item until it has been individually priced.

We appreciate that at times this can be difficult as if its an item or items that you want or have been looking seeking for a while.

Please consider our fellow members whom are following the rules and guidelines in this regard.

Just to be clear. If I was to declare interest in this, I might not be first in line to buy? Is this true?

Of course not, if you declare interest before anyone else you are first in line :thumbsup:

And since there are no photo's and the system is not with the seller yet it would be totally acceptable to declare interest pending pics for example.

I support this view. It should be handled in order of interest declared, with buyer having the right to withdraw pending pics, and seller reserving the right to withdraw should his brother change his mind.

Whoever declares interest first is going to be first in line and is also free to withdraw at any time for whatever reason ;). I'll get some photos uploaded when the system arrives from Southampton :thumbsup:.

I forgot about this :roll:.

My brother is currently using this PC until i sort out his other PC in the middle of October (it's the only time i can get off work and he lives 270 miles away!).

This thread can be closed for now. Cheers :cool:
