You would need a custom cable to be built. If you want something "off the shelf", it might be easier to just get a CD32 riser that includes an Amiga style DB-23 RGB jack.

If you're going to have a custom cable, I would recommend making a SCART cable instead (CD32's 8-pin minidin on end, SCART male plug on the other connecting the RGB + Composite sync pins). That way you could use the CD32 on any SCART display. SCART cables for the 1084 are pretty easy to find online.

You would need to figure out how this maps over to your monitor. Or, just wire up a SCART cable as comraider suggested.

Direct connection to 1084 is possible with the creation of the custom cable. The amazons cable is not suitable unless you rewire the connections.
