Hi All,
I wonder if you could help me please?
I have a TerribleFire TF330 installed in my CD32 via a Kipper 2K riser that I bought here. A PC keyboard works fine through the PS/2 socket on the Kipper riser, but I recently bought an Amiga 500 keyboard in a case that I want to use in the CD32's AUX port.
I read that if you remove the PIC chip from the Kipper riser you can use the AUX port again. Unfortunately the CD32 will not boot when I remove the PIC chip. I found one or two other notes online where people had the same setup as me and they could remove the PIC chip to disable the PS/2 socket on the riser and this didn't cause them any problems.
I thought maybe I had done something wrong when I wired up the PS/2 lead to the A500 keyboard, but it will not boot regardless of whether or not I have my A500 keyboard plugged in.
