Trying to setup my Mediator with my 3000D but have some troubles with the Spider II card (genuine) I bought from Mohican here on Amibay (https://www.amibay.com/showthread.php?t=58062)
Setup:
A3000D with latest Mediator 3000Di MK-II and Apollo 3060 card running OS3.9/BB2. Mediator has the jumpers right for Voodoo. I did set the jumper for using Zorro graphics card though.
Zorro: CyberVision64 and Buddha with TrueIDE adapter and 4Gb CF
PCI: Voodoo 3 3000 and ethernet card 8029AS
I want to keep CyberGraphics and don't want P96. Don't think that is a problem as my ethernet-card is working in all (3...) pci-slots I have. I can browse with MiamiDX as TCP-IP stack to Amibay for example. For heat problems I want to have the Voodoo 3 in pci slot 2 (in the middle).
Adding the Spider to the system is no problem, PCIinfo sees the 3 Nec devices and my voodoo and ethernet card. Changing the Spider from pci slot 1 to 3 gives same results, only slot numbers change of cource.. Spider.device I use is the latest 3.22 I got by mail from Elbox.
To make it a bit more difficult I have to say I had the MiniThylacine4Ports Zorro USB card installed before I bought the Spider. That worked ok with Posidon 4.4. I think I removed all traces from the Thylacine from the system before trying to install the spider. But still have the Posidon from that install.
Now whatever I try with addusbhardware in cli, I always get a connection failed error (-1). Tried everything in the guides here on Amibay without result.
Is there any other way I can make this work?
