As the title says I'm looking for an expansion port cover for the Amiga CD32. I'm located in Finland.

Not really, I saw one on eBay for 50€, that's a bit too much.

If you are on a1k.org and have access to a 3D printer, user ScummVM has a model which works pretty good. http://www.a1k.org/forum/showpost.php?p=898389&postcount=379 Not as good as the real thing but good enough for me
