CD32 Repairs

Hi all

I have 2 Amiga CD32's but both need some TLC. One I have has recently been re-capped but the CD drive cable has been damaged and I need this to be replaced. I have the cable but don't want to damage the machine further by trying to fix myself.
The other CD32 has sound issues and may be that it needs to be re-capped.
Just want to get them both restored to glory (as I have an SX1 and a TF expansion boards for each).
Does anyone know of UK based companies that could fix, near to Oxford if possible? if not I think I can send abroad for fixes.
Appreciate any advice.

I can help, but down in Kent I'm on Ebay (Amigapassion) and have a website www.amigapassion.co.uk so you can see my work. From what your saying the first one recapped and just the ribbon, and the second one Ineeds recapping which is the first port of call and go from there, you may have some broken tracks but that will be address with the work.

TheCorfiot recapped my CD32 for me, he is in Wales though so you would have to mail it to him.
