Sold CD32 with new caps

For sale is an CD32 with new caps (THT capacitors for better results then ceramic caps but also with safety of no leakage risk).
Have test it many hours and all, also CD-Drive working perfect.
The door holds open and has no damages on the mechanic.

Optical condition ... rekative ok.. please look on the photos!

Icluded is the CD32 inkl. PSU + Pnball Illusions CD.

Price = 295€ +P&P

THT capacitors are through-hole, the same as used on A500 and A500. Correct?

Yes and in opposite to SMD-Elkos (also new ones) this caps don't have the leakage problem. I'm using this method for years in the past on all SMD-Amigas and the results are much better then ceramic condensator recaps. Also the PSU wil living much longer with tis type of capacitors, because they dont stress the PSU on "Power on" cycles.
The subminiature versions of the THT caps have the same size as the SMD ones and are better to solder per no SMD workflow.

Yes, you can see it on A500/2000 ... they never had problems with caps. Give them a little power, if they were standing around long time and all will running perfect.

Next time I have next CD32 here for recap and will also offer it here. Only the label there has damage from one who was thinking it looks nicer if the label is scratched in the corners.

Hmmm... Since there were no other applicants, I asked for a different price with postage. He only gave an answer in the morning and handed the opportunity to someone else. OK, no problem.
I would have bought it at full price probably, but now I withdraw my interest officially.

Please do not post teasers of upcoming items. If you are going to sell another CD32 then you can always give Sax first call on it and state it is reserved for them in the thread when you have created it. Then afterwards you can PM to see if they are still interested, or you can proceed to open it up to everyone should they decline.
