Wanted CDTV ATX adaptor

Looking for an ATX adaptor for CDTV. Ian Stedman makes those, but jas suspended shipping at the moment. So, if you happen to have one adaptor sitting in a drawer, I am interested in buying it.

Adepter uses some space and lot of parts.
I just soldered CDTV cables to PSU instead of ATX. Extra element was just one transistor to handle power switch.
