I'm curious about this and could potentially be interested but have no idea how it actually works I can't seem to find anything that explains how to use it. Are you able to go into a bit of detail?

Hi, it was from Commodore from the time were the roms where still beta and so it was a module, where you can easily write updated roms on your CDTV.
So you can test roms or also develop and instantly test your work on the machine.
There was a disk available but at time all links lead to a 404 but I'm looking where I can get an image.

I asked C4ptFuture on GIThub because he was using this board for development of the newest rom version also.

On newer Boards you have to solder a Pinheader on CN29.
