http://old.pinouts.ru/HD/ExtDiskAmiga_pinout.shtml
This unit houses custom-modified (Amiga specific) Chinon FB-354 rev D drives which include ID and reset logic on their PCB and use a custom 24-pin IDC header, with pin #24 unused.
So there's a 1-1 correspondence with the 23 pins of the external Amiga connector, as referenced in the link above (note that the picture in the webpage shows a FEMALE D-shell connector as found on the Amiga, the MALE 23-pin D-shell connector found on the drive obviously follows a reversed pin numbering).
If you view the housed FB-354 from behind, the custom 24-pin IDC header is pin-numbered as follows:
2-4-6-....-22-NC
1-3-5-....-21-23
I.e. upper-row, left-to-right, even pins 2 to 22 (24 Not Connected)
and lower-row, left-to-right, odd pins 1 to 23
So, you simply need to connect
pin1 on IDC to pin1 on D-shell
pin2 on IDC to pin2 on D-shell
etc
and you're done.
