CDTV memory slot cover and "Commodore" case badge

I'm looking for a memory slot cover and the "Commodore" case badge for a CDTV. The originals are preferred, but if they can't be found, then 3D printed copies or shape files are also fine.

I had a wanted thread here for the expansion cover for a while, but gave up after a few months of bumps. There's a 3d-printed version commercially available here:

Grantek, thanks, but that's for the CD32. I already have one such cover which I would consider exchanging for something that plugs into the expansion port.
