Closed CDTV motherboard with front panel plus Kickstart 3.1 for A500

As reported in the title I'm searching a CDTV motherboard in full working order to replace my broken one

I need it comes with front panel (and relative wires correctly soldered) possibly in good cosmetic condition and naturally functional, just to replace it in my CDTV unit.

I'd consider a complete unit too, but with MB plus front panel shipping cost would be cheaper

Also I'm searching KS3.1 for my A500+ (revision board 8A)
