Have this CPU+MB combo for sale, mATX form factor, has AGP, 2x PCI and 2x ISA (!) slots. CPU speed (multi and FSB) is configurable in BIOS and works nicely. Underclocked this PII CPU to 2.5x60 (=150 MHZ), L2 cache was enabled. With 2x multi it was not.
Has good ESS Solo1 sound card on board too.

Asking 40 (was 45) euros + shipping for this (21 euros to Europe, please ask for shipping elsewhere).
