Changing the background colour on workbench icon text

I seem to forgot how to do this, anyone know where the setting is for this, i use Newicons and MUI or is it elsewhere?
I changed my workbench wallpaper but all the icons text have a grey background, transparent or a different colour would be better

I guess you're running a Workbench 3.1 version so you only need to do the following:
- Open your "Preferences" drawer and select the "Font" preferences.
- Click the "Select Workbench Icon Text..." button
- If you want just another color instead of Grey: Just choose your preferred background color on the "Field" color chooser.
- If you want transparency: Click on the Cycle gadget that says by default "Text+Field" and change it to "Text"
- Click OK button then Use or Save to check it out

DHOO!! I must have looked at font settings 10 times and didnt even see the colour options below lol
