I have the CU Amiga Super CD-Rom 27 which has the full Cinema 4D Professional_FP 4.42. It has Tutorials and FAQ etc on disk and is HDD installable. English.

I have scanned the manual and have begun processing the pages. I'm hoping to have a PDF ready within a week.

Do you have an update on this? I've been looking for this the English manual for a long time. Translating the German manual page-by-page with a phone is hard work!
