Closed Commodore 1581 Floppy Disk Drive

I am looking for Commodore 1581 Floppy Disk Drive for my Commodore 128.

Minimum requirements:
- good working condition (original hardware - not modded),
- good visual condition (case with original front and bottom labels - not modded).

Extras (not a must but welcome):
- box with inserts, 220V PSU, manual, serial cable, disk.

Commodore 1581 must be in good working condition and good visual condition.
Other items can have more signs of wear.
