This is a Dual Diagnostic Cartridge I got few months ago and no longer need it.
I had a computer booting to blank screen and this Cartridge helped me to fix it, it was a Bad Kernal Rom (U4) Chip. Im not saying it will fix yours.

Also when the switch is flipped, it changes to Keyboard,SID,Port tester also.

Will include Manual on CD.
