Hey guys, i have a very rare item i am considering selling as i am not giving it the love it deserves, any serious Amiga collector should love to get this one in they`r collection.

It is hard to set a price for something like this so i will just set a price i am comfortable selling it for, if it is outrageous to you or no one is willing to pay this i will just keep it instead.

Price is 2500USD.

Battery was removed years ago.

Cut n paste from BBOA (which i contributed information and pictures to ages ago but for some reason i am not listed as doing so):

The A3400 is an early project name for what eventually became the Commodore A4000. No A4000s were ever released to the public with the A3400 designation however they were sent to developers such as Famo and Scala for evaluation. The unit was also supplied with a Commodore A3630 or A3640 but some versions appear to be able to take an 030 directly onto the motherboard. The unit was also supplied with a standard FB-357a floppy drive an A4000 style 240V PSU. There may have be North American versions supplied with a different voltage PSU.

- The motherboard is labelled "Commodore A4000, Rev 1"
- The daughterboard is labelled "A2400/A3400 DAUGHTER BOARD REV. 0.0"
- The A3630 is labelled "A3200/A3400 68020/030 BOARD Rev 1.0 "
- The A3640 is labelled "A3640 BOARD Rev.3.0"
- On some versions of the motherboard the ALICE and LISA chips are labelled "WAFER#6" and "WAF-06"
- On some versions of the motherboard the chips have hand-written labels.

Interested, too, but need more detailed pictures and description fo the state it's in. This is no small game.

Just let me know what you want pictures of and i will take a few, as for the state of the machine, it works, it boots and the battery has been removed. Hese is first in line to get it. This is a prototype and it is should be treated like one, do not expected a rock stable machine even though i never noticed any weirdness with her.

I assume the most important thing is the state of the motherboard, case, etc.
I might be wrong, but if someone's to fork out $2000+, they will be interested in seeing good quality pics documenting ins and outs. I would be, at least. :)

I have tried severeal times now to upload a few more pictues but no matter what i do i get some sort of idiotic error like: "Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing." Whoever runs this site should stop beeing so paranoid.

That's because your photo's are to big. If you resize down by 50% you should then have no problem uploading.

I had the same problem till someone told me what to do:thumbsup:. Don't think it actually has anything to do with security tokens it's just a message you seem to get.

Oh and one more thing try only uploading one at a time. The system falls over when you try to upload multiple photos
