Hello,
I'm selling my rare Amiga 1000 with 1MB of chip memory and a rare 2MB memory expansion from Kupke.
The Motherboard still has the "Daughter Board" on top; it's a very early Amiga model. An original Amiga 256KB memory expansion is installed on the front. The case and keyboard are cosmetically very little yelowed (please see pictures). The keyboard has an English layout but has the original stickers for German, as it was originally shipped by Commodore. The original A1000 mouse is not included, but a standard Amiga mouse is included.
The computer runs very well and is in very good condition for its age.

Price 1399 + shipping (26.- to EU) Payment via PayPal (family'n'friends)

PLEASE check the DHL shipping price for yourself (just enter your Country and 5kg Paket) here:

CatClou

I'm confused how you have 1MB of chipram unless this has a Rejuvenator board mounted inside, with a fat agnus? Do you have an interior picture?

no Rejuvenator inside and no pictures from inside, i dont want to disassemble everything just for 1 picture.
It is a rare A1K :-)

I think it's the same modification I've got in mine - "megabytes without megabucks". As David Dunklee explained to me - "With this mod, a user solders additional chips atop the original DRAMS and then solders additional wires to set up the appropriate control logic. Depending on how the user sets up the control logic, the RAM can show up in the memory map in what's called CHIP RAM or RANGER RAM". It's no real CHIP RAM though and can cause compatibility issues - I've got a switch on mine to turn it off, if needed.

This is my dirty 1MB "CHIP" RAM config - the switch in the front enables/disables the additional 512K.

How did you get a 1MB Agnus in there? Some adaptor board?
I didn't - it only shows as 1MB "CHIP" mem. As soon as anybody besides the good, old 68K CPU wants to access the additional 512K, it doesn't work. I've attached the old article describing how it's done...

Interesting article, thanks for sharing.

The article clearly says something like "So is this memory CHIP or FAST. Neither". Etc. Interesting that you claim it is CHIP. Anyway, I digress. Excellent that you have sold it and hope the new owner enjoys it.

I'm not sure if you're confusing me with the seller—since I also had to research what the memory config was all about with my A1000, I assume that the seller didn't know.
