Closed Commodore C64C 4 kernal (selection by keyboard !) + Reset Switch

This is a PAL C64C tested and working,
it has a not-holed case and a reset button.

Pressing specific keys on keyboard during reset is possible to choose a kernal between:

1) standard
2) Turbo Tape (TT rom)
3) Turbo Disk (5x fast: Turbo rom 2)
4) jiffy dos (disk drive with modified hardware needed)
