This is a blue "Fuzzy" Commodore Binder with empty Commodore notebooks inside. Also a Plastic zippered Envelope (probably a pencil case). More than likely, this was ment as a promotion here in Canada to be given to school kids (hey its a neat binder. and I would have used it even in High School).
It's defiantly a "One of a Kind" Item.
