Looking for also this part for my 1992 Compaq Portable 486c. It's P/N 128902-001 - a 640X480 10.4" LCD VGA Color TFT Active Matrix IIRC. It's about 3/4" thick, the back is covered in very thick tinfoil, the front is quite wide and has a series of small setscrews running down one side (for adjusting the color hues and whatnot). I've been looking around online for about 2 years now. Trying to avoid getting yet ANOTHER portable 486 just so I can cannibalize a screen.
