Closed Compaq version of Windows 3.1 needed, 3.5" floppy version.

I recently acquired an old Compaq lte 5280 which would benefit from a clean reinstall of the OEM OS.
Can anyone help, original floppy discs would be best but I'd be more than happy to use images or Imd files, etc.

Thanks in advance.

P.S.
Is there anyway I could cleanup/remove the old user/files without a reinstall?
