Converting A500 rev.6 mainboard from NTSC to PAL

I bought an A500 mainboard from E-bay. It is a Rev.6 Board and has a 8371 Agnus. It was working in PAL Mode.
I changed the Agnus 8372A, but the A500 Rev.6 Board is booting in NTSC mode.

I searched on Google and AI Google says I have to cut the JP4, but couldn't find any more information.

If I cut the JP4 solder pads, then will it always boot in PAL mode?

Yes. Since you fitted 8372A, the PAL/NTSC is determined by the JP4.

What about main Crystal oscillator?
PAL 28.37516 vs. NTSC 28.636.

It doesn't matter.
Even if the oscillator is NTSC, it is determined by JP4.
