Sadly have had to ask ebay to step-in this morning as funkward-tech is not playing ball. Sent back via DPD at their request (which they did pay for), and they have now left the parcel sitting in customs for 8 days awaiting the payment of fees. Ebay however have said the case has been decided in my favour and I will receive a refund in the next 48 hours. We shall see. I will make sure I leave appropriate feedback for the seller to alert future buyers that their Rev 6s are now probably fakes too :(

Thankfully refunded in full by ebay (even though the seller hasn't bothered to release the parcel from customs). Appropriate feedback has been left for Funkward-Tech to warn others!

Hopefully this thread won't need to be resurrected again, but I don't think this is the last we will hear of the fake 71E41J's!

No, because of the Warp 1260, people are starting to search again, we all had our fair share here, luckly I have bought from here, so no fake's in my time, but like I said here, watch for the signs.
Real 71E41J's usally have a green dot.
And there is no use for RC75's or something like that, they are just overclocked RC60's, chances of finding a true RC75 in these days is like winning the lottery ;-)
