For sale this SB16 model CT1750. Overall in good looking condition considering its age. Tested briefly and does get detected and plays sounds, however some audio effects sound a bit off (for ex shooting sound on Wolfenstein3D). Could be the caps. Sold AS IS. Fully featured version of the card with the CSP chip and also DSP 4.05. Here are some photos:
