There are many of these at various electronics suppliers such as Digikey and Mouser (for dirt cheap) so I have a hard time understanding the purpose of this thread.

I have an old 53.7264 MHz DIP-14 lying in my antiquated stuff I'd be willing to sell for 2$US - postage is gonna cost you more...
