Sold Dead A1200 motherboard

Hi All
I got A1200 motherboard that had died, i have replaced all main chips that you see has a socket without any luck, all i get on screen from diagrom is red and green screen, and strange serial output i can't even tell what is saying (see video).
what i can tell from flashing green and red screen that it has Detected Chipmem errors
I have check voltage and it does get the correct levels and chips get warm so they all getting power, so i have no clue why it not working
This motherboard is re-amiga 1200 rev 1.3 i will give you Daigrom chips v1.2.1 for you to fix it.

If it helps the new buyer this looks similar to a problem i had when looking at a friends reamiga board. I had to reflow Budgie and that restored the serial output to normal and the board then booted fine.
