I have a Delfina Plus card I bought from Amibay a long time ago. As reported they are real picky to get going (I wrote a guide in the Oracle for them > Guide).
Here is the original sales thread for the card I bought so see the picture there (I did add heatsinks to the card years ago). The box, disks, and cards are still the same

Delfina Plus Sales Thread.
Thanks to Willy for selling me the card in 2013, probably my most enjoyed piece of Amiga Kit I owned!
It stopped working and I tried to get it fixed with no results. So this card will likely never run, it is more for display and nostalgia as this is the ONLY Delfina Plus I have ever seen on this bay.
$200 USD not including shipping and PP Fees, will ship anywhere.
Sad though, this card was the fastest performing sound card in Amiga land that I ever used by a big margin (used - prelude, zz9000ax, delfina lite, prisima, a melody z2). I remember back in the day, listening to music and downloading/browsing, and the phonepak answering the phone at the same time and the beastie never paused. Really insane card, sad to see it die.
I never overclocked the card, as stock it is just insane. Even though it looks similar to the Lite, it is really a totally different card. I had a lite and you had to overclock it to get ok performance. The Plus had a redesigned bus on it it and was much better than the Lite. You can read up on it in hardware websites for Amiga.
The card will sometimes give a red screen and show as bad in the early startup cards area and other times it comes up ok, but will still lock up once you try and init the card. I had the sockets removed years ago, this is a big hint to other delfina users. The sockets can lose connection and the delfina really doesn't like that. For stability and better performance, remove your sockets.
I have the box, disk, and manual at a different location so if you want them, you can have them if you pick up shipping for them... Note they shipped them in the Lite box, even though it was a Plus.
Happy Easter!
