Have for a sale the Deneb USB card, which supports both DMA and PIO transfers in Zorro III. Has compatibility switch for Zorro II.

Included is a twin USB backplate connector.

You can download Luciferin and Poseidon, both of which have paid licenses for DENEB

It supports everything USB that has drivers in Poseidon 4.0

I’ve used both DMA and PIO in A4000 and AA3000+ for USB 2.0 transfers and USB Ethernet.

The DENEB supports ROM modules in Flash, via Luciferin. I successfully used this to boot from USB (Poseidon in Flash), enable Prelude pass thro, NoClick, ROM modules on boot etc.

Price is $800 shipped in US (please ask for elsewhere) $700 $600 plus shipping, with Payment via PayPal F&F.

Edit: Price adjusted and now excludes shipping.

What is the advantage of this over a Highway Triton other than DMA? Just curious what the allure of this card is.

I believe DMA is its key advantage, it also sports a clockport.

And Fast-Z2 in Elbox Zorro IV Board.
My tested config: A1200, TF1260@100Mhz, ZorroIV
Fast-Z2-Slot Nr.1: Deneb, Transfer 3,9MB/s
Normal transfer for Zorro2 would be. around 2.2MB/s.
This was really a fun config, I was planing to add a CV64/3D, but it turned out, that it does not support Fast-Z2, so I dropped the project.

The DENEB in z3 DMA mode transfers around 6.5-7MB/s.

Yep, but for a 1200 3.9MB/s in Zorro2 (Fast-Z2) is max. Still the best alternative, considering max 1.2MB/s on fast clockport or 2MB/s on normal Zorro2. I guess PCI with Spider could be faster.
