Very unlikely anyone will have one but I'm looking for the Diamond Edge 3D - Sega Saturn Controller add-on board.

It's two Sega Saturn input ports and some ribbon cable to connect to the Diamond Edge 3D (Which used Nvidia's first ever SoC)
