I would like to explore the functionality of Amiga PPC (os3.9 and os4.1FE), i'm unsure whether to take a CyberstomPPC or a BlizzardPPC. I know Cyberstorm is much faster, but with Blizzard what is it forbidden? Can I do the same thing with both tabs though slower with Blizzard? With Blizzard I would feel more but turn the same identical things? The Blizzard in addition to cost less I like to use the A1200 more. Is it possible to use BlizzardPPC in the Amiga1200 desktop with customized heat sinks and fans?

I have a CyberstormPPC with 233MHz and a (upgraded by Stachu) BlizzardPPC with 300Mhz, I can't notice the difference with OS4.1. But problably benchmarks could.
Con: CyberstormPPC: UW SCSI harddisk is much faster then standard IDE 1200/4000 and with OS4.1.
Con: BlizzardPPC: memory can be expanded to 256MB which OS4.1 really needs.
Offcouse there is Zorro ram and faster IDE solutions or SDcards, but you need to do additional investment.

CSPPC performs much better due to 64bit Memory, faster Bus access and UW SCSI. 128mb is the only limitation compared to the BPPC
You can use BPPC in a Desktop sure, I highly recommend raising the A1200 to allow airflow. You can see my old setup's on youtube (fitzsteve) both Desktop, Tower A1200's and A4000's. (Sorry all sold now!) But it can give you an idea.

I mean the difference in all-day os4 using, browsing, productivity ecc, NOT gaming. Real big difference? 64bit memory VS 256megaFAST?? Which is bettere?? 256mb fill the difference??
I not wanna OSE os4, i wanna use CLASSIC amiga in all his possibilities, including os4. And the difference of the two king-of-the-hill card are my quest for that. 486 with 16mb of ram in some situation is better than a Pentium with 4mb of ram, this is the situation of CyberstormPPC vs BlizzardPPC?
Both cards have one major drawback so you have to consider each: (for OS4.1)
CSPPC - 128mb Ram, OS4.1 needs at least 96mb so once you run some app's that's it, you run out. Zorro Ram can only be used as Page File in OS4.1 so this is not a solution.
BPPC - SCSI-2 does not work with OS4.1 so you are stuck with slow IDE, it's a real killer of the performance for this OS. (n.b CSPPC UW SCSI does work with OS4.1)
For OS3.9 you will barely notice the difference between the cards, 128mb is enough, SCSI-2 is 10mb/sec vs UW-SCSI 30mb/sec still much better then IDE (2mb/sec)
Your main consideration should be how you want to expand your Amiga, if you stick with an A1200 wedge then the only possibility is BVision for RTG however when in Tower you have various PCI or Zorro II options. Note A1200 in Tower does not have Zorro III possibilities meaning in an A4000 you have more options for upgrading.

You have perfectly centered the point, with os 3.9 confirm that there are few differences with the 4.1 I thought that 128mb of the cyberstorm were more limiting.

AmigaOS 4.1 FE Update 1 added the ability to use Zorro 3 memory cards as "main memory".
