Due to a financial issue this week I'm selling a DKB 1240 Accelerator card for A1200
It's a 68030 @40 Mhz (i haven't verified this, just as was stated but i will check)
The card is boxed with manual and comes with a 16Mb simm & a 4Mb Simm.
I bought this card from Tajmaster and it has a suspected faulty firmware chip and would freeze after a short time. I have programmed a new firmware chip onto a 27C256 eprom and the card is now stable, i have ejoyed many hours of play over the last couple of weeks. The only issue i've had is on two occasions the amiga has started to just a black screen, a quick power off and reseat of the card has resolved the issue. This could be down to the card itself or to my amiga as it also had problems with a previous expansion card booting to a black screen. The 3.1 update has been applied so can be used with 3.1 kickstart roms
The pic below is of the actual card as was sold to Tajmaster. I can set up my miggy this evening and take some more pics of the card running, the replaced chip and the packaging if required.
In light of the couple of black screen boots i am asking £65 including shipping in the UK by paypal gift or buyer pays fees. I will post to anywhere but outside UK please ask for shipping cost.
