Are you sure that's a legitimate email from Apple? I've had a few fishing emails lately, the poor spelling and grammar give them away.

I haven't used my apple account for years and it's still alive and well. This looks more like a phishing mail. Don't reply to it.

P.S. I do have apple account with all the game and apps :)

That's not genuine at all, delete any email that asks you for login information, once they get your info they'll take over your account.

Also that's the worst English I've read outside a text message for years lol

yes I'm getting a lot of these fake emails

just log on to you apple account if your worried but remember, don't follow any of the links they give in these emails because it will more than likely send you to a fake Apple web page where they hope you will put your info into i.e to obtain all you security info

The big give away (apart from the bad English and the laughable 'Sincerely Apple') is this:

The display email address doesn't match the actual one. They try to hide it by using incredibly long names mixed with numbers. But if the two don't match - bin it.

Another tip is to use 2FA wherever possible, and never re-use a password for another service (randomize them by using a password manager).

someone took moneys out of my banks and so do I have right to complain?

If they took it without your permission then you need to contact your bank as soon as possible
