Easily Fixable Voodoo3 for $15 Shipped CONUS

Rescued a Voodoo3 (no clue if it's a 2000 or a 3000) from a scrapper. The card won't post due to a missing capacitor at location C79. It's an easy fix (see pictures) for someone with soldering skills. Im a bust at soldering so I'm just trying to get it sold to someone who can fix it.

missing bypass capacitor can't be reason for no post. but i see damaged avenger chip substrate right after this cap. looks like ths card has not quite good treatment in the past

Bypass chip? I thought that was part of the AGP Voltage regulation. But yeah, it was bought from a scrapper who tore the heatsink off.
